Susan Wong, CPA

Ms. Wong has over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation. She has worked in both public accounting and private industry sectors. She started her career in the private industry as an accountant and gained auditing and tax experience in two Big 4 accounting firms and a couple local CPA firms.

Prior to joining our firm, Susan was a Manager in the International Tax Group of Deloitte Tax, LLP. She has extensive tax compliance, tax accounting, and consulting experience serving high-net-worth individuals, multi-national fortune 500 companies in the hi-tech, real estate, venture capital, private equity, bio-tech, pharmaceutical, and consumer business industries. Her experience includes international tax planning, advising individuals and multinational companies on their inbound and outbound investments, IPO, merger and acquisition, and corporate restructuring transactions.

Mimi Lai, CPA

Ms. Lai has over 15 years of experience providing auditing, accounting and financial management services to multinational corporations.  She started her career as an accountant in a regional public accounting firm and worked as Senior Financial Analyst for several global financial institutes.  Mimi obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from UC Berkeley, majoring in Accounting and Finance.  She is a certified public accountant with the California State Board of Accountancy.

Denise Bee

Ms. Bee has over 20 years of experience in accounting and taxation and 5 years in investment banking. She has worked in both public accounting and private industry sectors. She started her career as a tax consultant at PriceWaterhouse and worked as investment banker focusing on M&A and capital markets with Salomon Brothers / Citigroup in US, UK, HongKong and Japan.  After she left investment banking, she returned to the Bay Area and worked as a Tax manager at a UK Telecom company.

Prior to joining our firm, Denise was an International Tax Director at a Tech company in San Francisco. She has experience in managing multinational tax function, IP migration, transfer pricing, SOX, indirect tax (VAT and GST), FATCA and tax provision.
